What is the turn around on the pre built Electrical boards?
The average turn around on our prebuilt boards. Lets break this down, From the second you have built your board virtually we get straight onto the ordering of your parts. The arrival of these parts is 3-5 Business days upon arrival we will send you an email to let you know we have everything, The assembly will be around 2-4 days depending on the volume of orders. Then it is shipping to you, Another 3-5 days.
So in short you can expect your build within 8-14 Working Days.
What is the process of a camper build?
So the process of building a camper as you might know ban be; Long, Expensive and Confusing.
This is why our process is there to make it as easy as possible.
You will have your own reprehensive that will deal with all your queries and communicate Via Email with you and help you design and execute this process with you.
All you need to do is explain what you want to include whether that be an off grid set up or a simple camper set up that relies on hook up from a campsite. Show us some pictures of what you have seen in the market/your inspiration and let us handle the rest.
After your demands and needs have been explained to us, Leave it with us for a day or two and we will get back to you with an estimate and a floor plan. If everything checks out and your happy with your quote. This is when we start looking at booking you in whether you want to leave it with us or have us come to you and do it.
What ever is best for you, we will do our best to help you through the process as easy as possible and get you on the road in a flash.
The build time can vary with the complexity of the build you want, The expected date of completion will always be communicated .
Do you have trade accounts?
Yes!
With our trade accounts, Much like many other trade accounts we will require a contract and certain information.
You will also have the option of a cash or a credit account.
Refer to the "Fleet services" Page and fill out the contact form specifying which type of trade account you require and we will get back to you with a trade account application form.
Do you have any warranty?
Each of our services come with different bandings.
The starting term is 3 Months but can go up to 12 Months!
